​Full Terms and Conditions of hire:

  1. Should you wish to buy the same or higher spec model as hired at the conclusion of the lease agreement, your hire fee paid will be taken from the retail cost of a new unit sent to you. This offer is valid for 7 days after your hire agreement has concluded.
  2. Bonds are payable per the schedule and are held by Shawmac Industries Australia Pty Ltd until the product is returned and assessed in good working order. Shawmac Industries Australia Pty Ltd will deposit the held bond into an account advised by the lessee within 7 days of assessing the returned unit to being in good condition.
  3. All fees and the required bond are payable before any products are shipped to the lessee
  4. All hired units will be sent by express post 4 days before the hire dates. It is expected that hired units are returned via the pre-paid service by the 2nd business day after the hire date ceases.
  5. All hired units are thoroughly cleaned, sanitised, factory reset and checked for proper working order before being dispatched.
  6. The lessee recognises and accepts that the equipment being hired is sensitive and delicate in nature and that they will treat and use it carefully. In doing so, the lessee accepts; that if they break the unit, they will be liable to the cost of repair or replacement (whichever is the lesser amount) and that as part of this; their bond, in part or full, may not be returned.
  7. Before any hire is entered into, an agreement form will be sent to the potential lessee for completion. All information on the form is essential and will be maintained strictly confidential by Shawmac Industries Australia Pty Ltd.
  8. Failure to return the unit will be considered as theft and treated accordingly. This may include reporting the stolen item along with your information to the relevant Authority in the lessee's location
  9. All units and their accessories are sent in working order. Shawmac Industries Australia Pty Ltd does not automatically provide for a return of the hire fee, or any part of, if a unit does not work as it should but rather deals with these matters on a case by case basis.
